Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the BAAC website or submitting an application, registration, or inquiry.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Basic Academic & Admission Care (BAAC) website and your interaction with BAAC's academic programs, free class bookings, seminars, and related services offered through this website.
By accessing this website or submitting a form, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms. If you are submitting information on behalf of a student, you also confirm that you are a guardian or otherwise authorized to do so.
By using this website, browsing its pages, or submitting any form (including admission, contact, free class, seminar, or career forms), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or submit forms through it.
Online admission through this website is an application request for BAAC's in-person classroom HSC programs. Submitting an online application does not automatically confirm or complete admission. The typical process is:
Admission is confirmed only after review, payment verification, and approval by BAAC. Free class and seminar registrations are separate from admission and do not guarantee enrollment in a regular program.
Students enrolled in or applying to BAAC programs are expected to:
Because BAAC primarily serves HSC students, many of whom are under guardian supervision, guardians are expected to:
BAAC is a classroom-first academic coaching institution. Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respectful behavior in class and on campus.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful conduct may be addressed by BAAC staff according to the guidance communicated at the time of enrollment or during the academic term. These Terms do not invent specific disciplinary penalties beyond that general expectation.
Regular attendance is an important part of BAAC's classroom-first approach. Class attendance may be recorded and shared with guardians as part of BAAC's academic monitoring and communication practices.
These Terms do not set a fixed attendance percentage or automatic consequence. Specific attendance expectations, if any, will be communicated by BAAC in connection with the relevant program or batch.
Admission and program-related fees are confirmed by BAAC as part of the admission and enrollment process. Completing an online application does not by itself complete payment or confirm admission.
Where fees apply, payment is collected and verified before an administrator approves admission and assigns a student to a batch. Final fee amounts may depend on the selected program, subjects, or package and will be confirmed by BAAC.
Website forms that do not involve enrollment — such as general contact messages — do not require payment.
Refunds, if applicable, will be handled according to the admission policy communicated by BAAC at the time of enrollment.
These Terms do not create a separate online refund entitlement beyond what BAAC communicates during admission or enrollment.
Class schedules, batch timings, free class slots, seminar dates, and related arrangements may change due to academic planning, teacher availability, institutional needs, or circumstances beyond BAAC's reasonable control.
BAAC will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to affected students or guardians using the contact details provided.
Students are expected to complete tests, model tests, assignments, and classroom work honestly and without misrepresentation.
BAAC does not guarantee any specific examination result, grade, university admission outcome, or academic ranking. Academic progress depends on each student's effort, attendance, prior preparation, and other factors outside BAAC's sole control.
You may use this website to learn about BAAC programs, submit applications or registrations, and contact BAAC. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit false or misleading information, or use automated means to abuse forms.
Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes about BAAC's classroom-first HSC coaching and related activities. Website features may be updated, limited, or temporarily unavailable as the site is maintained.
The career form on this website is currently a preparatory interface. Online career applications and CV uploads are not stored or transmitted to BAAC systems until that capability is enabled.
The BAAC name, branding, website design, and original content on this website are owned by or licensed to Basic Academic & Admission Care unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse BAAC website content, teaching materials, or branding for commercial purposes without prior written permission from BAAC.
BAAC provides academic coaching and related website services with reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Bangladesh, BAAC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, delays in communication, schedule changes, or academic outcomes.
Submitting a website form does not create an automatic right to admission, a free class seat, seminar entry, employment, or any specific academic result. BAAC's responsibility for enrolled students is governed by the admission and program arrangements communicated at enrollment.
How BAAC collects, uses, and protects personal information submitted through this website is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using this website or submitting a form, you also acknowledge that Privacy Policy.
For questions about these Terms, admission, or related matters, contact BAAC using the details published on this website or through the Contact page.
BAAC may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in website practices, programs, or legal requirements.
When these Terms are updated, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the website after an update means you have had the opportunity to review the revised Terms.
